Are the sessions in person or online?
At this time, the program is only offered in person.
How frequently are sessions held?
Sessions are designed to be scheduled weekly. Once you complete your tasks for the week, schedule your next session!
What if I need support between sessions?
You will have unlimited access to me via phone, email, and text and will be able to schedule additional sessions as needed.

Are the sessions held individually or in a group?
Both options are available depending on your needs.
What is the structure of the sessions?
Typically, a session includes a reflection of the week prior, an introduction to the new information and material, application to your life and needs, thinking through potential obstacles and individual challenges, and assigning new tasks for the week.
How is this program different from traditional therapy (both are valuable!)?
Preventive approach designed to proactively manage challenges and potential struggles.
Structured and designed to facilitate a specific transformation.
Allows for more frequent contact and in-between-session support.
Therapy is more insight-oriented and often takes place after a problem or mental health issue has been established.
Therapy is both past and present-focused. This program is present-focused.
What if there’s something else I want to work on?
That’s great! If it’s appropriate for coaching, we will add it to the program or strategize for a more suitable program tailored to your needs.
What if I need more time after the 8 weeks?
We will work together until you feel you’ve met the goals of the program.
What if it doesn’t work?
If you don’t feel like you’ve met the goals of the program, we can reassess and make a plan to move forward.
